About me
Telling stories about design, architecture and related fields is my passion and core competence. The "stories" take shape in written form as articles and books, orally in lectures and guided tours, or three-dimensionally in exhibitions. It is very important to me that thoughts on a specific field are conveyed in a manner that is comprehensible and appealing not only to experts but also to interested laypeople. What I write may be precise and serious; it may also be humorous and tongue-in-cheek.
My work involves the concentrated act of writing as well as stimulating and inspiring debate with professionals working on exhibitions and publications. Unusual and experimental approaches interest me as much as the reliable and responsible execution of a project.
Alongside my reviews, exhibitions and book projects, I do consulting for various cultural and political institutions.
